Exceptions / non-returnable items To ensure the quality and safety of our products, certain items are strictly non-returnable:

• Perishable Goods: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food items, including our Japanese Snack Boxes.

• Collectibles & Sealed Products: Items such as ONE PIECE or Pokémon card boxes and packs cannot be returned once the factory seal is broken or tampered with, due to the nature of the collectible market.

• Personal Care & Clothing: Items like HEATTECH innerwear cannot be returned once the packaging is opened for hygiene reasons.

• Custom & Special Orders: Personalized items or products specially sourced at your request are final sale.

Please note that we also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us before making your purchase.
